Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please communicate.
Hair Prep
Hair must arrive freshly shampooed and completely detangled. An additional fee may apply if hair needs to be washed. No extra fee if your hair needs to be blow dried.
Pricing
Final pricing is based on hair length, braid size, and style selected. Any changes will be discussed before your service begins.
No-Shows
No-call no-shows forfeit their deposit and may not rebook.
